Situated on the corner of Rupert St and Trinity St ( just up the hill from Tescos) , The Rose Tavern is a friendly, family run pub. We show Sky Sports and BT Sports on two big screens.

There are pub quizzes on Tuesdays at 8.30 and Sundays at 8.15 where you can win at least £50 in pub vouchers to spend at the bar.

The Rose also hosts the Laugh Out Loud Comedy Team about 6 times a year.

We serve delicious, home cooked food from 6pm-9pm Tuesday to Saturday as well as roast dinners on Sundays from Midday-4pm. We can cater for substantial numbers but please call on 01603 612110 to book a table and avoid disappointment.

There is a covered smoking area and a lovely beer garden in which to enjoy the sun. We are dog and child friendly!
